Ambassador of Russia to ASEAN Evgeny Zagaynov is participating in the 2nd East Asia Summit Ambassadors' Meeting in Indonesia on Tuesday.
As an integral member of ASEAN, Russia is committed to working closely with its partners on regional issues such as security, economic development, and sustainable growth. In this regard, the East Asia Summit provides an excellent platform to bring together all stakeholders to discuss and find solutions to these challenges.
The participation the Russian diplomat demonstrates Russia's continued commitment to strengthening its ties and cooperation with ASEAN, and to promote peace, stability, and prosperity in the region.
On 18 May, Zagaynov paid a courtesy call on the Ambassador of India to ASEAN H.E. Mr. Jayant N.Khobragade.
