Eurasian Economic Forum Kicks Off in Moscow, Featuring Over 2,700 Delegates

The 2nd Eurasian Economic Forum is being held in Moscow on May 24-25; Russia is chairing the group. The main theme of the Forum is ‘Eurasian Integration in a Multipolar World’.

The Eurasian Economic Forum (EEF) in Moscow will feature discussions on energy and food security, technological & financial independence, speeding up digital transformation, eliminating regulatory and trade barriers, and transport infrastructure development, among other issues.
More than 2,700 representatives of government authorities, business community, international organizations and media are taking part in the venue. Representatives of the United Nations (UN), the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) are expected to participate in the Forum.
The 2nd Eurasian Economic Forum is being held as part of Russia’s presidency in the EAEU bodies in 2023, with the main priority of boosting cooperative ties in the Eurasian space.
