According to the reports, the impressive 15-storey complex occupies an expansive 35 acres of land. This architectural marvel comprises nine elegant rectangular structures that are seamlessly interconnected at the center.

Designed by the Morphogenesis architecture firm, with over 7.1 million square feet of floor space, the construction of this grand building was completed in four years.
The Surat Diamond Bourse's new building will reportedly have over 65,000 diamond professionals working together. Gaining fame as the Gem Capital of the World, Gujarat's Surat is one of the prime locations where 90% of the world’s diamonds are cut.
