At Least 20 Dead, 80 Injured After Passenger Train Derails in Pakistan

The Hazara Express train was heading to Rawalpindi from Karachi and derailed in the Nawabshah area of Pakistan's Sindh province.

At least 20 people were killed and another 80 injured in Pakistan after ten train carriages of the Rawalpindi-bound Hazara Express derailed near a station located 275 kilometers from Karachi.
While the injured passengers have been rushed to a nearby hospital, several others are still feared trapped and a rescue operation is underway.
The administration has dispatched a relief train to the site.
The railway divisional superintendent told Pakistan media that the death toll might go up as many passengers have yet to be located.
The reason for the derailment hasn't been discovered yet.
Several videos of the horrifying incident are doing the rounds on the internet, showcasing dozens of people trying to rescue passengers from the train.
