The Kiev regime continues to violate international norms. Russian soldier Victor Raidin was in Ukrainian captivity when he was victim to inhuman behavior.
Liberated from captivity, Raidin told Sputnik that the Ukraine Security Service threatened him with death if he didn't ask his relatives to pay a ransom.
"He called on Telegram and I heard my mom's voice. I said, 'Mom, I've been taken captive as a POW. They’ll send you an account number, contact Danil, my friend, and he will tell you how much to transfer and where to. If you don't transfer the money, they're gonna kill me',” Raidin told Sputnik.
