The Indian tea-packing factory in Russia's Vladivostok will soon start supplying a variety of flavors of Indian premix tea and coffee across the country.
Jay Tea (JT), the only Indian tea-packing factory in Vladivostok, is set to commence delivery next year.
"These Premix Indian teas are ready-made recipes that are very difficult to make at home, especially in Russia. But in India, it is very popular. Hence, we thought of introducing them in Russia," Tanmay Chakrabarti, JT's general director, said.
The wide range of premixed teas includes a flavorful blend of spices like ginger, cardamom, and black pepper. This unique combination not only soothes cold symptoms but also boosts the immune system.
Chakrabarti added that in India, tea with ready-made recipes is a complete drink and even food.
"If you add milk, spices, honey, or sugar, then 350–400 milliliters of this drink can replace dinner," the interlocutor said.
In 2018, Madhu Jayanti International Limited, a leading Indian tea house, introduced its flagship brand 'Jay Tea' which became the first and exclusive tea packaging factory in Russia's Far East.
The company annually imports more than 2,000 tons of Indian long tea to Vladivostok and produces 60 types of drinks.
