Martial artist Sidhu Kshetri from India's Maharashtra state has achieved an astounding feat by delivering a relentless barrage of powerful and non-stop punches for 55 hours and 15 minutes.
This remarkable display of skill and endurance has earned him a Guinness World Record (GWR).
It took Kshetri six months of practise to break the former record by a margin of five minutes and set a new benchmark.

“The most challenging aspect was the mental preparation. I had to be mentally and physically strong for this attempt”, Kshetri told GWR.

This is not the first time Kshetri has set a world record.
He entered the limelight in 2013 for setting a new Guinness World Record for the most kicks (620) in three minutes with one leg.
Kshetri, who has been pursuing martial arts for the last 25 years and also represented India in numerous Taekwondo championships, aspires to showcase India's martial arts prowess on the global stage.
