Russian Embassy in Delhi Holds Fashion Show to Highlight Joint Cultural Ties

The Russian Embassy in India held a fashion show with Chairman of the Fashion Design Council of India Sunil Sethi and former Miss India Ruchi Makhni on Saturday.
The event was attended by the Russian ambassador to India's wife Diana Alipova, representatives from the Women's International Club Delhi, the External Affairs Spouses Association and the Russian diplomatic mission.

At the event, Sethi shared the history of the Indian fashion industry, the peculiarities of organizing fashion shows and the prospects for Russian-Indian cooperation in fashion and light industry.

The conversation was moderated by famous Indian influencer and presenter Rajiv Makhni.
A similar event was organized on December 22 by Alipova, in which the embassy invited representatives of the local fashion industry who took part in the First BRICS+ Fashion Summit in Moscow from November 28 to December 2.
