The Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday that servicemen of the Russian Army's Sever Battlegroup advanced into enemy defenses within 24 hours and liberated the Gatishche, Krasnoe, Morokhovets and Oleinikovo settlements in the Kharkov region.
"Units of the Sever Battlegroup advanced into the enemy's defenses and liberated the Gatishche, Krasnoe, Morokhovets and Oleinikovosettlements in the Kharkov region," the Defense Ministry statement said.
Near the settlements of Degtyarnoye, Volchansk and Kazachya Lopan in the Kharkov region, military personnel and equipment of units of the 14th mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, 110th and 113th military defense brigades were defeated.
"In 24 hours, the enemy suffered losses of 100 servicemen, two tanks, one Kozak armored fighting vehicle and four vehicles," the ministry added.
Additionally, during the counter-battery battle Russian military personnel destroyed one French-made Caesar self-propelled cannon mount, two D-20 howitzers, one D-30 howitzer, two Czech-made Vampire multiple launch rocket system combat vehicles and one Grad multiple launch rocket system combat vehicle. Destroyed.
