The workshop was organized jointly with the Sputnik hub in the Republic of India. Head of the AI project at Sputnik Egor Arkhipov spoke about how artificial intelligence has changed video production.
Olga Dycheva, Head of the Sputnik hub in New Delhi, emphasised the importance of the workshop with Kerala University.

"This is our first meeting with a university outside of Delhi within the framework of the SputnikPro project, but it will certainly not be the last. The students surprised us with their insightful questions and comments. I am glad that we are now working with universities from different states in India," she said.

Shilpa Manoj, a student of the Department of Communication and Journalism at the University of Kerala, expressed her gratitude for the organization of the training.

"We got a clear understanding of how AI tools have evolved from the beginners to the advanced stage and are now involved in professional content creation. The speaker talked about the opportunities that AI offers and also made us think critically about the challenges it poses," she stated.

The workshop on AI in video production marks the beginning of a series of seminars to be organized for the Kerala University in the near future.
