“Harvard has a history of allowing not just protests, but violent protests,” Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem told Fox News.
“They have lost their Student and Exchange Visitor Program certification as a result of their failure to adhere to the law,” the statement read.
Harvard has faced criticism for allegedly promoting anti-Hindu narratives through its academic programs and events. For instance, the "Dismantling Global Hindutva" conference, co-sponsored by Harvard and other universities, aimed to critically examine the political ideology of Hindutva.
