On Sunday, Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky arrived in Istanbul on Sunday where he will lead the Russian delegation at talks with the Ukrainians.
Earlier in the day, the delegation departed from their hotel to travel to the venue of the talks, a RIA Novosti correspondent reported, adding that the head of the Turkish intelligence service, Ibrahim Kalin, also arrived at the talks venue.
