Russian law enforcers have prevented the murder of a Russian serviceman in the Novosibirsk Region, planned by Ukrainian security services with the use of poisons applied to parts of his car by two underage Russian citizens who were detained, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) said in a statement.
