MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Trade between Russia and the UAE in 2024 amounted to $9 billion, according to materials for the meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin and UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan released by the Kremlin on Thursday.

"In 2024, trade between the countries amounted to $9 billion (in 2023 – $10.2 billion)," the materials read.
Mutual trade between Russia and the UAE has increased by 80% since the beginning of 2025, the materials said.
