"If necessary, we are here, we will provide appropriate fair and safe conditions at any time. We will be glad to have such peace talks if we can contribute to the success of peace efforts, if we are needed," Szijjarto said.
Szijjarto also called the ability to maintain a mutually respectful dialogue with both Russia and the United States, despite "enormous pressure," a huge and unique achievement of Hungary and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
"The White House has stated that Budapest is a possible new location, but Hungary and the government are not imposing this," Szijjarto added.
