Previously, the head of Russia's Federal Medical-Biological Agency, Veronika Skvortsova, stated that a vaccine against oncological diseases is ready in Russia, has successfully passed pre-clinical trials, and is ready for use.
According to the publication, the Indonesian Ministry of Health quickly responded to the launch of the new cancer vaccine developed by Russian scientists. Health Minister Budi Gunadi stated that he had contacted the company manufacturing the vaccine.
"I heard about it and have spoken with the companies that produce it," the Minister said.
He explained that the Indonesian government is interested in obtaining more information about the vaccine. This is why he sent a "special team to assess whether Indonesia is a suitable place to conduct clinical trials of the vaccine."
