The Russian leader will take part in the welcoming ceremony hosted by Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov for the heads of CSTO member states, followed by a group photo. After that, the CSTO Collective Security Council will hold meetings in both narrow and expanded formats.
Putin is also expected to participate in the signing ceremony for the summit’s final documents. In addition, he will speak to the media following his trip to Bishkek.
The president has been working in Bishkek from November 25–27. Earlier, he held talks with Japarov during his state visit to Kyrgyzstan and also met with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.
