"Unfortunately, ten residents of the Sudzhansky district of Kursk region continue to be held on the territory of Ukraine in Sumy, and today's negotiations. trilateral Russian, Ukrainian and American [negotiations] have this issue on the agenda," Moskalkova told reporters.
Some of the Ukrainian citizens rescued by the Russian military from the combat zone returned home, but there are those who expressed a desire to stay in Russia, Moskalkova said.
Moskalkova aslo added that Moscow sees no interest on the part of Kiev in the return of citizens evacuated from the combat zone to Ukraine.
