"During the past night, from 11 p.m. Moscow time [20:00 GMT] on February 22 to 7 a.m. Moscow time [04:00 GMT] on February 23, air defense alert systems intercepted and destroyed 152 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles," the ministry said.
It is noted that 65 of the drones were shot down over the Belgorod Region, 35 over the Saratov Region, and 16 over Crimea. Eight aircraft were destroyed over the Voronezh and Rostov regions each, four over the Krasnodar Territory and the Sea of ​​Azov each, three over the Volgograd Region and Tatarstan, two over the Kursk and Lipetsk regions each, and one over the Tula and Tver regions each.
