Ukraine Loses Over 355 Soldiers to Russia's Tsentr Battlegroup

Ukraine lost over 355 soldiers in combat against Russia's Tsentr (Center) battlegroup over the past day, in addition to losses in manpower and equipment on other fronts, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday.

"The losses of the Ukrainian armed forces amounted to over 355 military personnel, a tank, an infantry fighting vehicle, six armored combat vehicles, three artillery pieces, including a 155-mm Caesar self-propelled artillery system made in France, and six motor vehicles. Two ammunition depots have been destroyed," the ministry said in a statement.

This is in addition to up to 285 Ukrainian soldiers eliminated over the past day by Russia's Vostok (East) battlegroup, up to 180 by the Zapad (West) battlegroup, up to 150 by the Yug (South) battlegroup, up to 200 by the Sever (North) battlegroup, and over 45 by the Dnepr battlegroup, the ministry said.
Russian air defense systems downed five guided aerial bombs and 293 drones of the Ukrainian armed forces over the past day, the ministry said.
