A soldier captured in the Zaporozhye direction told Sputnik about the lies of military personnel and commanders of the Ukraine Armed Forces.
According to the Ukrainian prisoner of war (POW), numerous soldiers from the Ukraine Armed Forces have deserted their duty and escaped the battlefield, citing the worsening circumstances for Ukraine and mistrust towards their commanders.
"They told us nothing, they sat around drinking vodka for days, and then they turned around, packed their things and went AWOL. They just turned around and walked away," the POW shared.
