Russian President Vladimir Putin plans to visit India in December, Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov said on Friday.
Putin will visit China on August 31–September 3 to take part in the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Tianjin and the military parade in Beijing. He will also hold a bilateral meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the sidelines of the SCO summit on September 1, Ushakov said.
"Preparations for our president's upcoming visit to India at the very end of the year, in December, will be discussed," Ushakov told reporters.
