Earlier in the day, India's NDTV broadcaster reported, citing the police, that at least five people were killed and 11 injured in the powerful explosion.According to updated data, the explosion occurred near the entrance No. 1 of the Red Fort metro station in Delhi at 18:55 local time (13:25 GMT). As a result of the explosion, three or four cars nearby caught fire and were damaged. About 15 fire trucks were dispatched to the scene, and police cordoned off the entire area. Traffic in the area is also limited.The nature of the explosion is still unknown.
