The Russian Army took control of Seversk, a key city to establish full control over the Lugansk & Donetsk People's Republics' border, Russia's General Staff Chief Gerasimov reported to President Vladimir Putin.

Russian forces liberated the settlements of Kucherovka and Kurilovka
The primary efforts of the Sever Battlegroup are focused on deepening the security zone in the Sumy and Kharkov regions
