North Korea conducted a series of military tests from April 6-8, including a tactical ballistic missile warhead, North Korean state-run news agency KCNA reported on Wednesday.
Earlier in the day, North Korea fired several short-range ballistic missiles that traveled about 240 kilometers (149 miles) toward the Sea of Japan, South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff said. Later, the South Korean military added that Pyongyang launched another unidentified ballistic missile.
