Another devastating cloudburst struck the Gadsa Valley in Himachal Pradesh's Kullu district, leaving trails of destruction, as several houses, bridges, and even cattle were washed away due to floods and landslides on Tuesday.
Several agricultural lands in the area have also been hit by floods and landslides, in addition to power cuts in the region.
The deputy commissioner of the Kullu district, Ashutosh Garg, told Indian media that at least five houses have been severely damaged while 15 houses have been partially damaged due to the cloudburst.
He added that the Bhuntar-Gadsa road has also been damaged at several points and that two bridges have been washed away.
A team of district administration officials and a rescue force has been taking stock of the situation and assessing the damage.
Videos of massive destruction have gone viral on social media, drawing reactions from netizens.
