All scenarios for protecting the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) from a possible attack by Ukraine armed forces have been worked out, powerful defense has been built, acting Governor of the Zaporozhye Region Yevgeny Balitsky said in an interview with Sputnik.

“We see such a threat, and we are working out all the possible scenarios that crazy drug addicts from Bankova [Street] may have... There are special units ready for different scenarios: a landing along the coast, a breakthrough by a sabotage group," Balitsky said.

He said a powerful line of defense has been built along the entire coastline.
"Approaches are mined, along the entire perimeter we have a powerful three-layer defense line," Balitsky said.
