India has unveiled a remarkable achievement in the field of security and defense with the launch of 'Indrajaal', an AI-powered anti-drone system.
Developed by Hyderabad-based Grene Robotics, the revolutionary technology will play a crucial role in safeguarding skies by providing a strong defence against unauthorised drones.
The tech company gave a live demonstration of the state-of-the-art advanced full-spectrum drone security system on the outskirts of Hyderabad.

Equipped with advanced artificial intelligence, machine-learning algorithms, and state-of-the-art hardware, 'Indrajaal' holds the ability to swiftly detect, and neutralise unauthorised drone activity in real-time, taking between 30 seconds and a few minutes.
According to Wing Commander Sai Mallela, co-founder of Grene Robotics, the system is not only capable of safeguarding crucial facilities such as nuclear installations and oil rigs but can also identify and destroy various threats.
This includes low radar cross-section (RCS) threats, medium and high-altitude long endurance (MALE and HALE) UAVs, loitering munitions, smart bombs, rocket showers, nano and micro drones, swarm drones, and many more.

'Indrajaal' can prove useful in high-profile events such as government summits, sporting events, and cultural festivals, where security against unauthorised drone flights is crucial.
Kiran Raju, the founder of Grene Robotics, told Indian media that the design of Indrajaal incorporates an ingenious LEGO-like combination mechanism that empowers it with an impressive array of 12 distinct layers of cutting-edge technology, all driven by artificial intelligence.
