Indian soldiers from the BSF recovered two bottles containing 1.5 kg of heroin from a field near the international border in Tarn Taran, a region in India's Punjab state, an official said on Thursday.

The BSF soldiers first seized the bottles and started a search operation in which they also captured the drone.
While carrying out an area domination patrol, the BSF troops, on Wednesday, found suspicious items in the agricultural field near Dal village.
They recovered two small bottles filled with heroin and wrapped with black adhesive tape.
During the search operation, the BSF also recovered a China-made quadcopter (DJI Mavic 3 Classic) drone from a rice field in Dhanoe Khurd village near the India-Pakistan border.
