With a famous Bollywood song, the Russian Embassy in New Delhi conveyed their wishes to India on Republic Day.
An 89-second video shared by the Russian Embassy's social media handle features staff workers, children, and professional dancers dancing to Sunny Deol's Gadar movie song — "Mai Nikla Gaddi Leke" ("I Leave My House on My Vehicle").
The dance crew was also wearing traditional clothes, and at the end, all individuals were seen holding placards with the written text "Happy Republic Day".
"Warmest congratulations on the #RepublicDay, India! Wishing our Indian friends prosperity, well-being and very bright #AmritKaal! Long live #Bharat! Long live Rusi-Bharatiya Dosti!” Russian Ambassador to India Denis Alipov wrote.
Russian President Vladimir Putin also wished Indian President Droupadi Murmu and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the occasion.
