India and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries have shown a keen interest in utilizing Russian neural networks for medical diagnostic purposes, NtechLab CEO Alexey Palamarchuk said during an interview with Russian media at the 27th St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
According to NtechLab CEO Alexey Palamarchuk different countries have expressed heightened interest in the usage of Russian neural network, which plays a crucial role in aiding doctors in accurately diagnosing ischemic and haemorrhagic strokes.
"There is interest (from foreign friendly countries), mainly from the CIS countries and India", Palamarchuk said, adding that the technology has already demonstrated promising results and could revolutionise medical diagnosis practices.
The neuronet swiftly identifies the type of stroke and enables doctors to initiate timely therapy for the patient by analysing a CT scan of the brain.
Meanwhile, Moscow-based NtechLab has recently obtained official permission to use medical drugs in paid and public clinics, incorporating artificial intelligence to assist in diagnosing ischemic and haemorrhagic strokes.
At the same time, the company, which has been developing video analytics technologies based on neural networks since 2015, has been providing its products not just in more than 30 regions of Russia, but 30 countries worldwide.
