"Russian companies are constantly present and are working in Afghanistan. And we hope that large Russian companies will work there," he said.
The first deputy chairman said Russia has not become Afghanistan's partner today, but has been one for about 100 years.
"We have always had good and kind relations with Russia. And we have always had good trade for a long time," he said.
