India and Russia Hold High-Level Talks on Bilateral Cooperation

"Had a productive meeting with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Pankin. As strategic partners, we discussed the progress in our bilateral cooperation and key global issues, including matters related to the G20," Margherita shared details of the meeting on social media platform X.

The meeting comes amid Margherita’s participation in the G20 Development Ministers’ Meeting, currently being held under South Africa’s presidency. The forum is addressing pressing global concerns related to sustainable development and international financing.
India and Russia continue to strengthen their strategic partnership, with such high-level discussions underscoring their shared commitment to global cooperation and multilateral engagement.
