In accordance with the Russia-Ukraine agreements reached on July 23 in Istanbul, 185 Russian military personnel have been returned from areas controlled by the Kiev regime, Russian MoD stated.

Additionally, 20 civilians have been returned.
Currently, the returned Russian soldiers and civilians are located in the Republic of Belarus, where they are receiving necessary psychological and medical assistance. All the returned Russian military personnel and civilians will be transported to the Russian Federation for treatment and rehabilitation in medical institutions.
