"In particular, this is reflected in Trump’s pursuit of peace in the Middle East, and one cannot overlook Washington’s mediation efforts to achieve a ceasefire in Gaza," he said.
Another example is the US plan to settle the conflict in Ukraine, which aligns with Russia’s position on the issue, he added.
Europe, however, still thinks in the hegemony and aggression paradigm, supporting the Ukrainian regime, so it doesn’t accept the idea of ending the conflict, the expert concluded.
