A video of a jail warden from Uttar Pradesh's Raebareli district purportedly being brutally thrashed by his own colleagues has gone viral on social media.The incident was captured on a CCTV camera placed outside the jail, showcasing jail canteen in-charge Mukesh Dubey repeating "aur maaro" ("beat more") as three men violently thrashed him with sticks.Dubey made an attempt to fight back and take the stick away from one of his colleagues, but the men started hitting him even harder.Netizens took to the comments section to demand that strict action be taken against the policemen.After the video went viral on Twitter, the Raebareili police responded that five officers had been suspended and a departmental investigation had been initiated.
