The Indian Embassy in Sudan on Saturday issued an advisory urging all Indian nationals to take utmost precautions and stay indoors with immediate effect, as clashes have broken out in the capital city, Khartoum.Clashes broke out between the RSF and the Sudanese Army in Khartoum on Saturday morning.The RSF said that the country's regular Army had attacked the paramilitary's base in Khartoum."The Rapid Support Forces, defending themselves, inflicted heavy losses on the attacking forces and managed to take control of the airport and the base in Merowe. The aggressors were also driven out of the headquarters of the Soba camp [in Khartoum], and the Khartoum airport was taken under control," the RSF said.The RSF also alleged that they have taken control of the Republican Palace, serving as the working residence of Sudan's leadership. However, the Sudanese Army denied the reports.Sudan's General Intelligence Service (GIS) described the actions of the country's RSF as mutinous.

Clashes broke out between the Sudanese Army and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in Khartoum on Saturday morning. Sudan's Rapid Support Forces have reportedly taken control of Khartoum International Airport and the Merowe Air Base.
The Indian Embassy in Sudan on Saturday issued an advisory urging all Indian nationals to take utmost precautions and stay indoors with immediate effect, as clashes have broken out in the capital city, Khartoum.
"In view of reported firings and clashes, all Indians are advised to take utmost precautions, stay indoors and stop venturing outside with immediate effect. Please also stay calm and wait for updates," the embassy tweeted.
Clashes broke out between the RSF and the Sudanese Army in Khartoum on Saturday morning.
The
