The Kiev regime is well aware of the situation and is doing everything to demonstrate actions so that attention, interest, and support from the West do not dissipate.
The United States will lose interest in Ukraine if Kiev's counteroffensive fails and will shift its focus to Southeast Asia, while Ukraine will face the status of being the "second Afghanistan", said Russia's Major General of Aviation Sergei Lipovoy at a press briefing on Thursday.

"The patience of Ukrainian curators is also running out. They see that, having given everything, Ukraine does not want to advance... What can happen if this continues: by autumn, most likely, the interest in Ukraine of their main owner, America, will disappear and they will switch to the South-East: China and Taiwan. Ukraine, most likely, will face the "Afghanistan-2" scenario, when NATO leaves, when Americans leave - and leave Ukraine alone with the problems they have today," Lipovoy said.

Russia began the special military operation in Ukraine in February last year, with the goal of protecting people who "have been subjected to torture and genocide by the Kiev regime for eight years," President Putin said.
The Russian leader repeatedly said that the special operation is a forced measure, as Russia "had no chances to react differently due to the security risks created."
Facts speak for themselves: Russia has been trying to negotiate with NATO for 30 years about security principles in Europe, but in response, it has faced either cynical deception and lies or attempts at pressure and blackmail, while the alliance, despite Moscow's protests, continues to expand steadily and approaches the borders of Russia.
