A wedding day became a movie scene when the groom in Uttar Pradesh state's Bareilly suddenly got cold feet and ran away, leaving the bride and everyone else in a dramatic chase to try and stop him. The bride, adorned in her wedding dress and jewelry, was in for a shock when she was told by her family members that the groom was not going to show up. Although the groom told the bride by phone that he had gone to bring his mother to the venue, she didn't believe him and set out on an epic chase.After traveling for over 20 kilometers, the bride eventually found the runaway groom hiding in a bus near a police station outside Bareilly city.Following hours of intense discussions, the bride and groom, accompanied by their families, proceeded to a temple where they exchanged vows and sealed the deal by tying the nuptial knot.
