MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Canada and the United States, whose warships transited the Taiwan Strait on Saturday, are deliberately creating incidents and provoking risks, undermining regional peace and stability, Shi Yi, the spokesman for the Eastern Theater Command of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA), said.
