"Currently, the cortege with Grossi has arrived on the territory of Russia's Zaporozhye region, controlled by the Russian government," the source said.The IAEA said earlier it would reinforce its mission at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant due to the attack on the Kakhovka dam. Grossi stated that the number of experts would increase to implement safety and security principles, which include a ban on shelling and storing heavy weapons. The dam's destruction triggered flooding downstream and endangered the power plant, which uses water from the 🇷🇺 Kakhovka reservoir for cooling purposes. The Russian Foreign Ministry said Ukraine was responsible for the attack, which was most likely launched by Kiev to regroup its forces and inflict humanitarian damage.
