The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) opened a criminal case against Yevgeny Prigozhin, the head of the PMC Wagner following his calls for an "armed rebellion" on Friday.
A criminal case launched over the armed mutiny staged by Yevgeny Prigozhin, the head of the private military company (PMC) Wagner was dismissed on 27 June, Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) announced on Tuesday.
The investigation has established that the participants of the armed mutiny attempt had aborted their actions directly aimed at committing a crime.

The majority of fighters of the Wagner private military company are patriots of Russia, and they were simply used, President Vladimir Putin said on Monday, in a televised address to the nation.

On Saturday, Prigozhin accepted a proposal to abort a march on Moscow by Wagner troops and take further steps to de-escalate tensions after President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, in agreement with the Russian head of state, held talks with the Wagner chief.
