This left her in a state of panic, but she was told by the authorities that such glitches are bound to happen, and if there is no contact within an hour the sub would drop its weight and return to the surface. However, the search team only found the debris of the vessel that imploded due to underwater pressure after several days. How They Got to Know About Titanic ExpeditionChristine discovered the advertisement for the Titanic's expedition after their trip to Greenland, and the couple had signed up for the voyage. However, due to the COVID-induced lockdown, the trip got postponed. When the expedition was rescheduled, her 19-year-old son was eligible to go on the deep sea expedition and hence, he replaced Christine.Experts believe that the passengers on the Titanic sub were likely to spend their final moments watching through absolute darkness, having a probable glance at bioluminescent creatures called Halomonas titanicae, and listening to their favorite music.

'Was Told Such Trouble Happens': Dawood's Wife After Titanic Sub Lost Contact
All five explorers aboard the OceanGate submersible to see the sunken Titanic at 13,000 feet were declared dead last month after the debris of the vessel was found 600 feet from the Titanic's bow in the North Atlantic.
Christine Dawood, the wife of
Pakistani billionaire Shahzada Dawood who lost his life in the Titanic submersible tragedy, has opened up about her last moments with her family before they set off on their deep-sea exploration.
"I’m diving tomorrow! I’m diving tomorrow!" she recalled how excited her husband was the night before the trip.
Christine, who also lost her 19-year-old son Suleman in the incident, revealed that she was the one who was supposed to accompany her husband on this expedition instead of their son.
She and her daughter saw Shahzada and Suleman go into the sea from the coast, and after two hours they lost contact with the sub.
This left her in a state of panic, but she was told by the authorities that such glitches are bound to happen, and if there is no contact within an hour the sub would drop its weight and return to the surface.
However, the search team only found the
debris of the vessel that imploded due to underwater pressure after several days.
How They Got to Know About Titanic Expedition
Christine discovered the advertisement for the Titanic's expedition after their trip to Greenland, and the couple had signed up for the voyage.
However, due to the COVID-induced lockdown, the trip got postponed.
When the expedition was rescheduled, her 19-year-old son was eligible to go on the deep sea expedition and hence, he replaced Christine.
Experts believe that the
passengers on the Titanic sub were likely to spend their final moments watching through absolute darkness, having a probable glance at bioluminescent creatures called
Halomonas titanicae, and listening to their favorite music.
