The sculpture's creator is a Guinness World Record-holding chef, as revealed by the organizers.

“This year the festival is dedicated to the International Year of Millets, so we expect representatives from more than 35 countries to join us,” Sammy Manoj Kotwani, the founder of the festival “Day of India” and President of the Indian Cultural and National Center "SITA", told Sputnik.
