Yandex Practicum has launched generative prompts for students of YandexGPT. This neural network will explain any complex theory in simple terms and help students review previously covered topics.If a student struggles to understand a part of the lesson, he or she can simply highlight the necessary fragment in the text and activate the scenario without the need for additional resources.Generative prompts for Yandex Practicum students from YandexGPT represent the first use case of GPT in the field of IT education in Russia. Currently, Practicum offers two features: "Ask the neural network" and "Short summary". By the end of autumn, YandexGPT will also be integrated into Practicum, helping students to find and explain errors in code. Practicum enhances the quality of educational programmes and supports student motivation by leveraging Yandex's technology and expertise in machine learning. The language model is trained on a corpus of theoretical material from Practicum, and the quality and accuracy of responses are validated by course experts. These new features using YandexGPT are available in the web version and mobile application of Yandex Practicum.
