The Su-57 has several key advantages over its American counterpart: much newer and longer-range air-to-air missiles, greater manoeuvrability, the use of six radars instead of one, and the ability to operate without a radar signature using an infrared sensor.The Sukhoi Su-57 is nearly a quarter faster than its American counterpart, both in cruising speed and acceleration. However, the most significant contrast is noticeable in both engagement and effective ranges. Innovative air-to-air missiles allow the Su-57 to strike its target from 1,000 kilometres away, ensuring fast and accurate obliteration of a potential enemy.Both of these advanced fifth-generation fighters are capable of engaging ground targets. However, the Su-57 outperforms its opponent by engaging ground targets at a range five times greater. This significant difference in the engagement radius of ground and air targets is achieved through the use of innovative hypersonic missiles.
