International pressure has begun to mount on Israel as the world sees innocent people, including women, children and the elderly, suffering and dying through no fault of their own in the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas.US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who is currently on an official visit to India, was quoted as saying by the media reports, "far too many Palestinians have been killed; far too many have suffered these past weeks." The American official, however, reaffirmed US' support to Israel in its campaign to ensure that Gaza is no longer used as a platform to attack Israel.Similarly, French President Emmanuel Macron, in a media interview said Israel must stop bombing Gaza and killing civilians. He said France clearly condemns the terrorist actions of Hamas, but also recognize Israel's right to protect itself.Few days ago, Pakistan's caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar also condemned Israeli strikes on Gaza and demanded that the ongoing bombing must be stopped immediately.Meanwhile, Israel argues that Hamas militants, who are holding as many as 240 hostages of different nationalities taken in last month's attack, would exploit a truce to regroup if there were a ceasefire.

Israel is being criticised by various countries, including those that support its offensive against Hamas, for killing innocent civilians.
International pressure has begun to mount on Israel as the world sees innocent people, including women, children and the elderly, suffering and dying through no fault of their own in the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas.
According to Gaza health officials, the number of Palestinians killed in the Israeli counter offensive to the Hamas militants' attack has gone above 11,000.
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who is currently on an official visit to India, was quoted as saying by the media reports, "far too many Palestinians have been killed; far too many have suffered these past weeks."
The American official, however, reaffirmed US'
