Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener Arvind Kejriwal will for the second time dodge the Enforcement Directorate (ED) summons as he left for a 10-day Vipassana meditation camp on Wednesday.The Enforcement Directorate had issued a fresh summons to Kejriwal on Monday, asking him to appear for questioning on 21 December in the money laundering case related to the Delhi liquor policy scam.After the agency summoned the Delhi chief minister, the AAP had questioned the timing and said the party's lawyers were studying the notice and "legally correct" steps would be taken.The AAP has alleged that the ED's notice is politically motivated and illegal. The party has also said that Kejriwal will be arrested on the day he appears for questioning.This is the second time that Kejriwal has skipped an ED summons. Earlier, the ED had asked him to appear for questioning on November 2, but he skipped it to attend an election rally in Madhya Pradesh.As per the rules, anyone can skip the ED summons three times, but after that the agency can get a non-bailable arrest warrant against the person.

16:25 20.12.2023 (Updated: 16:44 20.12.2023) Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, facing Enforcement Directorate summons in the Delhi liquor policy scam, will again avoid questioning by attending a 10-day Vipassana meditation camp, amid allegations of political motivation.

Enforcement Directorate had issued a fresh summons to Kejriwal on Monday, asking him to appear for questioning on 21 December in the money laundering case related to the
Delhi liquor policy scam.AAP MP Raghav Chadha said, 'The information about Kejriwal's Vipassana session is already in the public domain and everyone knows that he regularly attends this meditation course.
