Opinion Poll Predicts Landslide Victory for Narendra Modi in 2024 India General Election

Modi's Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has set the target of over 370 seats out of 543 seats in upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
A poll conducted by India TV-CNX forecasts that Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) is all set to win 335 seats out of 543 in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
The BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) could sweep the upcoming polls with 378 seats, according to the survey.

The results of the elections could be extremely disappointing for India's main opposition party Congress: the grand old party is projected to secure only 37 seats.

The survey was conducted in all the 543 Lok Sabha constituencies across the country between 5-23 February. At least 162,900 people, including 84,350 males and 78,550 females, took part in the survey.
According to the survey, the BJP-led NDA is likely to win all 29 seats in Madhya Pradesh, all 26 seats in Gujarat, all 10 seats in Haryana, all 7 seats in Delhi and all 25 seats in Rajasthan while in Uttar Pradesh it is likely to win 78 out of 80 seats and 24 out of 28 seats in Karnataka, and 35 out of 48 in Maharashtra.
Apart from this, the 'saffron' party is likely to win 17 out of 40 seats in Bihar, 12 out of 14 seats in Jharkhand, 10 out of 21 seats in Odisha, 10 out of 14 seats in Assam.
The survey further predicted that BJP could register victory on 20 out of 42 seats in West Bengal. As per the survey, the BJP is likely to gain significantly in southern states of the country as it win three seats in Kerala, four in Tamil Nadu and five in Telangana.
