The Russian air defence shot down 158 Ukrainian drones over several Russian regions, as well as the Black and Azov Seas, last night, the Russian Defence Ministry said on Wednesday.
"Air defence systems intercepted and destroyed 158 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones: 67 drones over the Krasnodar Territory, 29 drones over the Rostov Region, 15 drones over the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, 11 drones over the Voronezh Region, 10 drones over the Kursk Region," the ministry said.
In addition, five drones were shot down over the Belgorod Region, three over Crimea, two over the Penza Region, and one drone each over the Saratov and Oryol Regions and the Stavropol Territory.
Seven drones were also destroyed over the Sea of ​​Azov and six over the Black Sea, the statement added.
